strategist.  As an unparalleled leader, Bharathi Rajan implements comprehensive data and AI solutions to transform complex business needs into effective technological solutions.  Bharathi possesses comprehensive knowledge about Data & AI governance and data quality.

In her current role as Vice President of Enterprise Data and Applications, Bharathi is a trusted member of the Extended Leadership team, where she focuses on core data management strategies and competencies. She also liaises collaboratively with business to conceptualize and develop data products to grow revenue and market share.  While consistently leading technology innovations and enabling data literacy, Bharathi consecutively drives data and systems architecture confluence across the entire enterprise. In prior roles, Bharathi operated as a Senior Director of Data and Infrastructre, focusing on Enterprise Reporting and Analysis, where she was specifically hired for her distinctive capabilities in data strategy, and creative efficiencies. In her early career, Bharathi was globally responsible for Business Architecture and Technology Strategy In Operations and later for Product Management and Governance in Finance at Goldman Sachs & Co. 

Bharathi holds a Master of Science in Software Engineering, a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance, and training in Data Science for Business Leaders from Carnegie Mellon University. 

Bharathi is rated as #5 DataIQ Data Leader in North America in 2025. Bharathi has also given several keynotes & panel discussions namely 2024 WLDA Chevron Summit in Houston, Databricks Data & AI Summit 2024, Snowflake Data & AI Summit 2025.

distinguished aviation expert with 34 years of service in the Indian Air Force,

specializing in helicopter and transport aircraft operations.

Proven leadership in operational management, including key roles in Aviation

Research Centre and Air Base command.A2 Category Flying Instructor & Production Test Pilot with over 6700 flying hours across 20+ aircraft types. Extensive experience in air operations, including critical missions during the Indo-Pakistani War (1965 & 1971).

He was Founder President of The Rotary Wing Society of India; Editor-in-Chief of

Rotor India Publications covering civil & military rotary aviation.Advisor & contributor to aviation safety initiatives, including Co-Chair of International Helicopter Safety Team (India) and an ex member Civil Aviation Safety Action Committee, Ministry of Civil Aviation, India.

Honoured globally with Lifetime Service & Achievement Awards for contributions to aerospace media and rotorcraft research. Published author with expertise in civil helicopter operations, regulatory frameworks, and aviation safety policy. Graduate of premier defense institutions, including NDA, DSSC Wellington, and NDC New Delhi,

with a Master’s in Military Science. Visionary strategist integrating aviation expertise with emerging AI & data science applications for industry advancement.
